-i've been battling crowds for the past 24 hours.
-i'm slightly obsessed with underwear. especially cute ones.
-i'm not ready for school to start back. ever again.
so, as usual, thanksgiving was great.
the annual tradition of funnel cakery was carried out, and they were delicious as usual.
cherry pie filling and powdered sugar are a funnel cake's best friends.
and...black friday was also fabulous.
in the sense that it was crowded and crazy people are there.
it's not society's finest hour. the rush, the fighting {we've heard stories}, the ridiculous sales.
i'm one of the ones that thinks it's completely worth it, but it makes sense why you wouldn't be.
i shopped from ten to two am with mom, jess, and nana, then from 3 til seven with brock.
sleep depravation set in from 3-4, and i took it upon myself to annouce very loudly when the time changed, each minute it changed. that was followed by cries for starbucks coffee and that i had a headache.
the sale at sephora was worth all the trouble.
then, it was home, sleep, and back to the mall with mom, aunt carolyn, and lisa.
then dinner with the speeds, and now, i think after all the insanity for the past two days, i'm going to katie's.
nothing beats some downtime and laughter with the beav.
