-homemade pasta does not compare to anything else in this world.
-pasta night with mom is full of adventures and learning how to use the pasta maker. (which we conquered. just in care you were wondering.)
-i love my foodie mom. life would be so boring if we didn't want to try new food.
so, mother and i tried pasta. which worked out in our favor, after we assembled the blasted machine.
ravioli. actually. the filling was simple: mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, and salt&pepper.
it was incredible. and adding a caprese salad as an appetizer was a great idea on my part.
with love and an appreciation for homemade italian food.
